Detailed Job Description:
  • BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 2 - 4 years of Experience
  • Ability to implement and maintain the Avaya Contact Center products.
  • Experience in installation, programming, maintenance and troubleshooting of Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Call center Management System and AES.
  • Configuration of DS1 cards with various type of signaling
  • Experience in handling contact center call flow from the trunks, through the VDNs and vectors to the agents terminals
  • Handling inbound outbound configurations
  • Discover and fix bugs
