Job Duties: 

• Perform engineering requirements gathering 
• Design detailed performance engineering strategy 
• Perform script automation using  neoload,loadrunner 
• Design performance scenarios and test data 
• Execute baseline, performance, stress test runs to identify performance bottlenecks 
• Monitor the infrastructure, application and database for performance using APM tools 
• Identify performance bottlenecks related application and infrastructure 
• Work with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to resolve the performance bottlenecks and validate tuning recommendations 
• Report performance engineering results to various stakeholders  

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
