• Manage SDR/NCMR Activity
• Collect & Segment SDR/NCMRs
• Prioritize based on work stoppage, critical parts etc.
• Escalate as necessary
• Ensure supplier RCCA is plausible and complete
• Work with internal shop quality and engineering to disposition
• Track through closure

Deliverable:

• Weekly status report
• Completed and closed out NCMRs
