Experience:

• 5 years of relevant hands - on experience on Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and IDQ.
• Must have skills: Informatica (MDM, Data Quality, IDD, Power Center), SQL, UNIX.
• Good understanding of Business Intelligence and Data warehousing with ability to write complex SQL queries. Experience on Data Modelling.
• Working knowledge of Informatica Power Exchange.
• Experience in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling and Modeling of Unstructured Data.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Python, Cloud Analytics Service AWS Redshift; would be an advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Support of Informatica (MDM, Data Quality, IDD), SQL Server, Oracle, or AWS Redshift or similar relational or non-relational databases.
• Provide Tier-2 assistance to answer queries about applications, synchronize with Level-1 and share status of requests as per the established service levels.
• Receive and resolve bugs, complete and document root-cause analysis and synchronize with L3 application support, as needed.
• Provide primary support to handle hot fixes and patches.
• Provide escalation assistance to the users, manage access requests, be the point of contact for scheduled data integration jobs, reports, and dashboard extracts.
• Provide proactive application monitoring to access application availability and notify issues and act on these as needed.
