Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- On-boarding applications to OIM.
- Off-boarding application from OIM.
- Running of jobs, monitoring and resolving exceptions.
- Handling incidents and support requests within our SLA.
- Respond to requests from audit with direction from management.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate as necessary.
- Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint.
- Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
- Participate in on-call support rotation.
- Perform scheduled tasks supporting deployments and releases.
Qualifications:
- 2 -5 years of OIM administrator experience. Development background a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Security, related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Service Now, Active Directory, RACF, SQL Oracle and SQL Server, CyberArk, Rally, SOA, Web Logic and other infrastructure platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, establish credibility, and working relationship within ART, division and Lines of Business to ensure a shared, positive outcome.
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, ability to execute process, and follow through on tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to connect with all partners, to include leadership, system engineers and end users
