Detailed Job Description:

• batches that failed to export from IBML high speed scanners to DREAMS
• Work Flow Monitor on DREAMS for any stuck batches
• Check Deposit Monitor for any stuck transactions or checks with bad images
• The operator will be involved with maintaining the production systems by:
• running Powershell scripts to transfer the images of checks/vouchers/tax returns to Filenet legacy and P8 system.
• sending emails to Processing to rescan bad tax returns.
• sending emails to Processing to pull and manual deposit any foreign checks.
• 2 - 5 years of experience
• Work experience of Microsoft Windows environment (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (2016)/Microsoft family products (Words, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
• Good communication skills
