Job Duties:

• Knowledge of Amdocs catalogue including product distribution, offer set up and environment control along with rule-based inclusion and exclusion in different billers and markets.
• Knowledge of database architecture and queries to fetch data from different environment including joining of multiple tables
• Exposure to SSIS/SSRS packages to initiate SQL Server stored procedures to develop functional tool for better data analysis and tracking object flows
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle management, JIRA and other Test management tools
• Work of API and debug tools to find and deep dive into response/transaction logs in case of issues
• Work of JAVA and Selenium framework like Page object model for automation of web (including multiple browser) and mainframe test flows
• Validate Device / Accessory Update - Price, Images, Name/Content, SKU details
• Pre/Post deployment validation of offers, new products and configuration changes in multiple environments (SIT/QA/UAT/Production)
• Collaborate with the Billing Configure/Design team for defects and downstream teams for end-to-end testing
• Perform defect testing, consent validation and support testing for new system deployments.
• Test scenarios and break them up into test cases tied up to requirements and prepare RTM
• Test data requirements and test execution plan
• Review and provide inputs to the team on test case coverage
• Execute the test cases and report status and issues
• Liaise with the Development team on the defects and track them to closure
• Report risks, issues and test status tox`x the stakeholders
• Understand and analyze Business and Functional requirement

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
