Detailed Job Description:
- Reviewing Power Platform environments and solutions and making recommendations on compartmentalizing solutions, best practices and governance.
- Creating various small Power Platform solutions and reporting using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and other Microsoft technologies to support ECM | Tech Services strategic vision.
- Review existing ECM Power Automate and Form solutions and refine.
- Develop Sharepoint-based knowledge systems for end users and admin staff.
- Monitor, manage and refine Sharepoint permissions (breaking inheritance versus Sharing).
- Refine and/or develop MCAS audit and reporting
- Determine process for governance enforcement of Power Platform and Sharepoint environments. This includes implementation of the Center of Excellence.
- Assist with the support of Sharegate and Microsoft Migration tools for Sharepoint to Sharepoint and Sharepoint to Power Platform migrations.
- Assist with management of the Power Platform and SharePoint environments to ensure the security, stability, recoverability, performance, and documentation of the environments and/or application services.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot Sharepoint and Power Platform system-related issues. Support problem reporting by adhering to standards, procedures, and guidelines. Inform team members of diagnostics and resolution outcomes while maintaining a proper level of communication with IT staff and end users.
