Qualifications and Skills:

• High level technical knowledge and experience with HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap.
• A mastery understanding of web development troubleshooting skills and tool.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to find and correct basic errors on web pages.
• Knowledge of Drupal or other content management system.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, tracking, and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to converse with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintenance, support, and development of our internal and external websites and solutions.
• Analyze work requests and build or modify web pages as required.
• Interact with content providers in a professional manner and ensure all work requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
• Provide knowledge transfer to web team member and management.
• Test code and evaluate work product for the team.
