  • Problem Manager: Service Now Management. Excellent communication.
  • Technical skills(similar to service Desk L1/L2 Knowledge).
  • Responsible to manage life cycle of all Problems that arises in a Prod Environment.
  • Prevent incidents from happening.
  • Capability to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented.
  • Good experience in word and creating Documentation of Known Errors and workarounds.
  • Experience conducting Root cause analysis.
