Detailed Job Description:
- Problem Manager: Service Now Management. Excellent communication.
- Technical skills(similar to service Desk L1/L2 Knowledge).
- Responsible to manage life cycle of all Problems that arises in a Prod Environment.
- Prevent incidents from happening.
- Capability to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented.
- Good experience in word and creating Documentation of Known Errors and workarounds.
- Experience conducting Root cause analysis.
