Must have skills:
- 5+ Years of experience in monitoring (Dynatrace Preferable)
- NOC experience
- Configuration of clients to monitoring tools
- Configuring and managing the monitoring dashboards
- Working on L0/L1 tickets using SOPs and runbooks.
- Very good communications
- Reporting to the client manager as a SPOC
- Application support
- Technology Infrastructure Administration, Monitoring Remedy Design and Remedy Administration.
