Detailed Job Description:

Required Experience:

• Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configurations and development (relevant architecture experience)
• A bachelors degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.
• Proficient in the English language

Preferred Qualifications:

• BMC Accredited Developer
• Experience with BMC Remedy/Helix data migration tools
• Experience with integrating Active Directory with BMC Remedy/Helix for role-based permissions and customer database updates
• Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and product catalog configuration, including workflow approvals
• Experience with migrating code and data into Remedy environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to educate and train in-house support staff on the BMC Remedy configuration and upgrade process(es) (including troubleshooting approaches)
