Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes and workflows, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity
  • Partner with other stakeholder teams across programs to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes
  • Ensure user requirements for new initiatives enable maximum usability
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
  • Document data flows and business workflows using visualization tools (Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
  • Serve as a liaison between multiple vendors and internal staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Science or related field (additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered)
  • 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Experience with data analysis and data architecture
  • Experience generating process diagrams, requirements documentation, and reports
  • Experience with implementing large-scale technology projects
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience implementing Contact Center systems such as Genesys
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Google and Microsoft applications (including Visio); experience with Smartsheet is a plus
  • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
  • Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
  • High proficiency with database management
  • Extensive experience with data visualization
  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
