Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as thought leader for technical business processes and workflows, developing forward - thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity
- Partner with other stakeholder teams across programs to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes
- Ensure user requirements for new initiatives enable maximum usability
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
- Document data flows and business workflows using visualization tools (Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
- Serve as a liaison between multiple vendors and internal staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Science or related field (additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered)
- 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience with data analysis and data architecture
- Experience generating process diagrams, requirements documentation, and reports
- Experience with implementing large-scale technology projects
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
- Experience implementing Contact Center systems such as Genesys
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Google and Microsoft applications (including Visio); experience with Smartsheet is a plus
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
- Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
- High proficiency with database management
- Extensive experience with data visualization
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
