Applied Value Technologies is seeking a Application Support Analyst to assist in the delivery of our mission- and business-critical application services with internal customers. Reporting into the Product Operations team, our goal is to deliver excellent technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness. This position is part of the Enterprise Engineering organization and requires a diverse and flexible skill set for supporting a wide range of applications within our clients Commerce Engineering products portfolio. About you:
We are looking for someone to:
- Provide efficient application support and administration, including incident resolution, change implementation, request fulfilment, and problem management follow up
- Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders and partners
- Identify opportunities for improvement and act on them
- Thoroughly and accurately document problems and resolutions in service desk system and employee knowledgebase
- Work proficiently with minimal daily guidance
- Maintain a professional, collaborative, courteous, and respectful manner and provide high quality service to all users
- Observe and comply with clients policies and procedures for Health and Safety at Work and Equality and Diversity

Some stuff you need:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a technical application support role working with Agile PLM (on-premise).
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following Fusion modules: Oracle Order Management, Inventory Management, GOP, Shipping, Price Management
- Functional knowledge of core Supply Chain processes (supply planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, etc.)
- Professional fluency in English required
- Strong SQL knowledge and skillset
Nice to have:
- Experience with Teamcenter PLM
