Job Duties:
- Work with Policy System, Billing/Collections, Product System, Reports/Processing, and Agency/Commissions functionality within Policy Admin System.
- Work in Agile teams with a large delivery team supporting mission-critical applications.
- Create/manage a project schedule, driving a matrixed team of resources (onshore/offshore) to buy into the schedule, and meet pre-defined software quality expectations.
- Work on waterfall project delivery model with projects, coordinating with offshore teams.
- Gather Business Requirements and Analyse them.
- Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) as per Business Requirement Document.
- Work on production issues or bugs to find the root cause.
- Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action.
- Analyze and solve issues with current and planned systems as they relate to the integration and management of policy data related to Life, Health, and Annuity insurance.
- Coordinate with Onshore, Offshore teams to ensure the Project delivery within timelines.
- Involve in the Policy Admin system or Lifepro.
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
