Detailed Job Description:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis required.
- Highly proficient in writing user and system stories and supporting documentation - business process and system workflows
- In-depth understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Proficiency in Jira/Confluence/MS Office
- Proficient in successfully executing on define-build-test cycles
- Proven capacity to lead clarification and translation of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter
- Extensive knowledge of software engineering and object-oriented design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are important for this role. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively to multiple audiences from both technical and business perspectives
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Solid knowledge of the Payments Industry Previous experience working with one or more US payment rails such as TCH Real-Time Payments, FedNow, Tokenized Payments - Zelle, Digital Wallets or Digital Cards is required. ISO 20022 is a plus.
- Hands-on experience on Payments Systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing & Settlement
- Understanding of payments application architecture with ability to identify and architect for development of the solution for given requirements
