Detailed Job Description:
- Provide cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications
- Evaluate, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate requirements into proper system requirement specifications and configuration
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both end - user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements
- Operate as a liaison between technical personnel and the end-user departments
- Identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations based on clients system needs
- Assist in the recommendations to improve or support ongoing clients
- Provide key expertise in data and business conversion
- Assist in creating test scenarios required to meet business requirements
- Execute test and analyze the results
- Produce data maps, business requirement documentation, process flows and other mapping documents
- Attend client meetings. Understand and address client issues and escalations.
- Have extensive knowledge of DTCC platform and data integration process
- Understanding and knowledge of DTCC (Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation) LNA, POV, PFF, PVF and Commission file layout
- Understanding of DTCC transactions and integration methods for data mapping
- Understanding of MSD (Money Settlement Detail) and Client ( Monday Settlement System)
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst
- 5 years in the Life and Annuities Insurance industry
- 1+ years working with data conversions
- 1+ years working with data migrations across platforms including DTCC
Education:
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
