Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
- Strong 5+ Years experience in implementing search solutions at enterprise level with the technologies such as Elastic Search(mandatory), Lucid works Fusion/Solr, MindBreeze, Bing, SOLR, Apache Lucene
- 5+ years developing or architecting with Elasticsearch in an Enterprise Search environment.mandatory
- 5+ years of development experience in crawling data sources, architecting new data ingestion pipeline, optimized query pipeline, adding new objects into search indexmandatory
- Hands - on experience and deep understanding of Elasticsearchmandatory
- Strong development experience in building fastest data search method for large volume datamandatory
- Strong development experience in Large Language Models.mandatory
- Experience in Google Generative AI is an added advantage
- Practical knowledge and application of machine learning and deep learning techniquesmandatory
- Review search strategies, make recommendations, design, and implement solutions.mandatory
- Troubleshoot search and relevancy discrepancies.mandatory
- Development of Chat bots & Voice bots using AI & NLP for L1 Operations & LOBs.
- Working independently to contribute to a large team delivering Search, AI & ML solutions to the meet the needs of executive management as well as the general employee population.
- Coordination with Offshore engineers & leads
