Desired Traits:
- 3 - 5 years of broad experience working in AWS, configuring accounts, services, rights, and permissions.
- Experience setting up and configuring Amazon Connect instances, including working with SSO and MFA setups.
- Experience with Call Center applications
- Solid understanding of operational and security principles as it relates to AWS and AWS Connect is important
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will include working with architecture, internal staff, and business partners to design and develop SFGs AWS presence in support of our Customer Service Modernization initiative.
- Work with architecture and engineering to build out the necessary AWS and AWS Connect components to support the initiative.
- Help train internal staff on the support and operational specifics needed to ensure ongoing operation.
- Must be able to collaborate, communicate, and work effectively with different types of users and at all levels of the organization
