• Administer Electronic File Transfer Program using GlobalScape EFT, DMZ gateway and Business Activity Monitoring and Web Portal tools.
• Ensure the security of file transfers utilizing protocols such as HTTPS, FTPS, SFTP, AS2
• Create Powershell Scripts for file transfers and utilities.

• Resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently within defined SLA working with internal functional and software development teams, and external vendors to identify root causes and solutions.
• Log service requests with vendors and coordinate diagnostics, requested actions and testing with functional teams.

Detailed Job Description:

Administer Electronic File Transfer Program using GlobalScape EFT, DMZ gateway and Business Activity Monitoring and Web Portal tools. Ensure the security of file transfers utilizing protocols such as HTTPS, FTPS, SFTP, AS2 Create Powershell Scripts for file transfers and utilities.
