• Seeking a senior level Project Manager who has experience in managing software project initiatives, with some experience with large business and/or school systems.
• Understanding the processes and agile methodologies are a plus for the applicant.
• Under limited supervision, manages projects through the full life cycle from project definition and approval to implementation and evaluation of all project deliverables, to project closure.
• Create a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish the deliverables within the timeframes and budgets defined.
• Lead project teams and work closely with managers responsible for business and student software applications.
• Knowledge of standard PM tools such as Project Online or Pro, Asana, SharePoint, Visio, Office 365 Suite, etc., to share project plans and manage overall communication with stakeholders.
• Exceptional at documentation, tracking and monitoring a budget.
• Knowledge of district - wide and/or company-wide implementations.
• Have some knowledge and/or experience with rollouts that include IT end-user devices, infrastructure projects, and IT components in construction projects (new builds and renovations).
• Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
• Report weekly on project success, criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities, to include project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks/issues.
• Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
