Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in information technology (IT)
• Must have excellent analytical skills and at least 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, working closely with cross-organizational technology teams
• Highly organized and motivated self-starter, who can deliver results with minimal direction.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Hands on experience as a technical business / systems analyst with proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Ability to navigate and collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed and remote workforce.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with ability to distill key data points and effectively present information.
• A team player with good organizational, collaborative, taking ownership, multitasking and people skills
