Must have skills:

• 5+ yrs. as a lead developer
• 8+ yrs. of exp with Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET/MVC, WCF/WebAPI,SQL Server.
• JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Durandal, Knockout), REST, XML, JSON, HTMLPython, GIS Frameworks (Including ESRI ArcGIS), and CSS.

Nice to have skills:

• Government experience.
• Experience with Scrum, SAFe, DAD, or other Agile approach.
• Experience in updating legacy applications to service-oriented architecture.
