Job Duties:
- Deliver valuable product in large scale Projects using SAFe and Agile methodology
- Lead and coach scrum teams on agile framework and values on large projects involving multiple value streams
- Apply scrum in large scale and distributed environment (onshore & offshore/distributed) scrum team
- Facilitate quarterly PI Planning event, team breakout session, ART Sync, PO Sync, Scrum of Scrum, I&A, System demo, PI execution Events
- Use Sprint planning and forecasting work into Sprints
- Lead and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review & Sprint Retrospective to effectively implement inspection, adaptation and transparency.
- Use of KANBAN, Scrum-of-Scrum, ALM tools i.e., VersionOne, JIRA, Confluence & Rally, Epic Burn-down, Release Burn-down Sprint Burn-down and Sprint Velocity for large scale development program involving multiple scrum teams and enforce WIP limits
- Involve in SAFe Agile Transformation using Lean Thinking
- Drive scrum team to achieve product increments and improvements towards systems goals though value stream mapping
- Manage and Track planned/actual Schedule, Budget, Resources in large Program delivery in Agile and SDLC methodology
- Involve on JAVA, Micro services, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JMS, Hibernate, Spring boot Framework, Design patterns, SQLDeveloper, Oracle, JavaScript, SOAP and Restful Web services.
- Involve in AWS (Amazon web Services) with hands-on experience in AWS VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, API Gateway, Cloud Formation template.
- Use Dev environments i.e., eclipse, IntelliJ, Cloud9, visual studio.
- Understand SDLC, Business processes, Architectural Frameworks, Design Pattern, principles and guidelines.
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
