Job Responsibilities:
- Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes.
- Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
- Drive quality and assist in the implementation of company automated test frameworks and solutions within assigned agile team.
- Familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Decisions are typically focused on methods, tactics, and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects.
- Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.
Mandatory Skills:
- Must have experience supporting/supported healthcare clients. And have knowledge on healthcare claim process.
- Looking for candidates who have 7+ years of related experience.
- Strong Experience in testing for Health plans
- Good understanding of health care claims life cycle
- Experience in manual test execution
- Experience in building Test plans for the applications
- Experience in Requirements Ambiguity Analysis, Test Scenario Development, Test Case Development
- Experience in Test & Defect Management Tools, such as JIRA
- Experience in coordinating with the development team on Defects
- Experience with various technologies, including but not limited to, SQL, SOAP UI/Postman
- Experience of working in Agile teams Scrum/KANBAN
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience of executing projects in Agile using continuous / continuous deployment
- Experience in scripting for RDBMS like Oracle/ MS SQL
- Excellent communication skills and a degree of technical leadership skills.
Preferred Skills not Mandatory:
- Familiar to any NoSQL is a big plus, preferred MongoDB
- Automation Skills
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
