Detailed Job Description:
- Work with a small team to gather and document high - level business requirements for Provider Financial Management
- Quickly build a network of business contacts to guide the project through the planning and development phase
- Work closely with our Project Manager to support funding requests, test planning, documentation, and progress tracking
Experience:
- Served as a business analyst within a Healthcare company
- Previous work with a Blue Cross/ Blue Shield/ Anthem Company a plus
- Understanding of NASCO systems a plus
- Worked within a financial team and is comfortable with payment systems
- Comfortable with agile methodologies for requirements gathering
- Experienced with writing Epics, Features, and User Stories in Jira
- Strong communication skills and critical listening
