Qualifications:

• Minimally qualified applicants will have experience:
• Managing all projects related to software, maintenance/bug fixes, and upgrades.
• Communicating software changes with stakeholders.
• Working with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations.
• Ability to lead and conduct virtual meetings with teams.
• Experience in managing large scale projects.
• Experienced and able to communicate effectively with development team and business users.
• Experience in project scheduling and doing phase gates.
• Worked as Scrum master and experience in Agile project methodology. CSM certified (optional).
• Able to handle change management.
• Worked with schedule and Gann charts online.
• Manage daily standups and requirements backlog.

In addition to the above, well-qualified applicants will have experience:

• Experience in Agile and waterfall project methodologies
• Working in a government or correctional environment.
• Experience with MS projects.
• Existing knowledge of Offender Management Systems (WICS). (optional).
