Qualifications:
- Work with Cybersecurity leaders to maintain existing and create new tools and templates used to analyze the financial health of the program.
- Create and report on the rollup view of CapEx budget and spending.
- Review and assess CapEx spend with Cybersecurity Directors and Managers.
- Collaborate closely with FP&A to support financial reporting improvements.
- Verify allocations, rates, end dates, timesheets and contracts for all current FTEs and Contractors.
- Identify risk related to time reporting inconsistencies and anomalies and work closely with the Manager or Project Manager to manage the risk.
- Model funding allocations to receive the best outcome for the portfolio budget.
- Support Cybersecurity leaders with financial aspects of their portfolio.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of combined hands-on execution of portfolio analysis.
- Experience developing analysis tools within Excel and other tools to support portfolio analysis.
- Strong process coordination skills including scoping, standardization, prioritization, and risk/issues communication.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks with tight delivery deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with technology leaders and stakeholders.
- Very well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver.
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills both with internal stakeholders across all levels and external vendors
- Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Power BI and other tools to produce accurate analysis.
