Job Responsibilities:
- Executive Communications: support drafting executive internal communications including strategic updates and ongoing newsletters; conduct research and analysis to draft more complex internal communication materials (e.g., scripts/speeches for management and executives) and events.
- Intranet Channel Management: write content/articles for Clients intranet; channel management support including posting articles and managing internal processes to review, approve and distribute content
- Return to office Communications: support drafting internal communications related to COVID - 19 and return to office across our global network; drafting and updating of individual office guides and protocols
- Newsletters: support preparing standing internal newsletters
- Issues Management: communications support in relation to crisis/issues management, as appropriate/needed
- Work closely with internal departments to identify and prioritize communication needs, providing consultation as necessary.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a person with 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in in-house internal communications roles, a basic interest and/or experience in financial markets is a plus
- Service-minded, social and flexible team player eager to support and work together with internal stakeholders and the wider marketing and communications team.
- Ability to handle stressful situations during limited periods.
- Prepared to be available outside of office hours at certain times.
