Qualifications:

- Education Level: Bachelors Degree
- Experience: 5 years in the use of Agile/Scrum/Lean/SAFe practices and methodology in delivering business/customer value; or in equivalent methodology in IT delivery.
- In lieu of a Bachelors degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban practitioner in prior role.
- Experience being part of a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Agile Release Train
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Knowledge of Lean Agile values, principles and practices, Proficient
- Knowledge of Lean agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Advanced
- Knowledge of Scaling frameworks like Scaled Agile Framework, Proficient
- Demonstrate strong and clear accountability for program success, Advanced
- Knowledge of Product Ownership, DevOps, Test Automation practices etc, Proficient
- Excellent communication skills written and oral, Advanced
- Self starter with ability to prioritize work for self and teams, Advanced
- Ability to organize data and generate metrics/reports/dashboards etc., Advanced
- Ability to lead change at team level, manage conflicts constructively., Advanced
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and industry standard Agile tools., Advanced
