Detailed Job Description:

• The resource will be responsible with coordinating between a software vendor and multiple business and IT areas to complete application and database code deployments across multiple environments.
• Provide day to day support and maintenance of the MDMS and related AMI Systems to all users of the AMI environment
• Application monitoring and configuration
• Responding to in house developed alerts
• Liaison and work with various IT teams within the IT department
• Implement infrastructure and application upgrades
• Execute multi-system integration end to end with user acceptance test for supported applications within the AMI environment
• Problem management and root cause analysis
• Work with vendors to configure and install products in multiple environments from development, testing through to production.
• Participate in disaster recovery drills from beginning to end configuring MDMS to function on failed over environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficient with Linux, SQL Query Tools, SQL Developer, Shell scripting is a must, Excel, XML, CSV, JSON, Python, Data Manipulation & transformation, Log file analysis.
