Job Duties:
- Be the Primary Point of Contact / Client partner for different projects under the account portfolio.
- Keen interest to go into details of the clients business problems and convert that into solutions through product engineering.
- Manage end-to-end client engagement with a keen interest to work in detail including areas like Product Roadmap creation, Requirements gathering, Solution Design, PI Planning and Execution, UAT, Production deployment, Cut Over, and production support.
- Work closely with the offshore product development team, and interface with Offshore Delivery Manager to ensure that the client is served with the best-in-class experience.
- Provide strategic guidance on product development and actively take part in critical decision-making processes considering multiple parameters like business benefits, PI readiness, etc.
- Coordinate with different stakeholder teams including Customer Product Team and SME team (business departments), and third-party interfaces to facilitate meetings, solution designs, reviews, and approvals
- Create, manage, and negotiate different contracts/SoWs with the client
- Collaborate with Offshore Delivery Manager to manage the Quality, Schedule, and Cost of the projects
- Scope Change Management Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to define the scope and manage further changes to the scope
- Issue, Threats, and Risk Management Proactive identification of issues, defining mitigation/resolution strategy, and coordination of its execution
- Account Mining and Long-term roadmap creation Be on a constant lookout for future product enhancements, and new business opportunities and convert them into projects
Requirements:
- Experience in managing the development of business/digital applications ground up for clients
- Previous experience in the hospitality/travel industry is a plus
- Seeking an individual that is highly energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable presenting executives and stakeholders
- Experience in Product Development in Web/Mobile technologies with industry-standard engineering practices
- Experience in managing client account relationships and being the client success partner for digital product development engagements
- Experience in the Agile Model of Project Management with solid practical knowledge in handling planning and execution from a customer perspective
- Experience in working with offshore development teams of average size (~30-50 resources). Experience in working with offshore delivery management team for project scheduling and tracking.
- Naturally Interested to get into details of functional and technical requirements, and working with customers to provide more business value for them.
