Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively maintain all Citrix infrastructure components for a 24x7x365 uptime service
- Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
- Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
- Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
- Manage, coordinate, and implement Citrix environment deployments, upgrades, patches on servers
- Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks
- Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
- Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes
NetScaler Expertise:
- Citrix NetScaler Technology direction, support and Application guidance for Proper Load Balancing.
- Install, configuration and manage Citrix NetScaler.
- Troubleshooting and resolve Escalated issues related to NetScalers
- Deploy and Configuration of New customer environment within Citrix cloud Including the Configuration of their Delivery groups, Machine catalogues and workspace.
- SAML Citrix Configuration /management. Understanding of MFA NetScaler Integrations.
- Configuration related to virtual Servers, certificate, Policy Settings.
- Upgrading firmware of NetScaler devices as per Citrix recommendations
What you bring:
Essential Experience Required:
- In depth knowledge on Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Extensive knowledge on Citrix App layering technology
- Implementation and deployment knowledge on Citrix VDIs
- Hands on experience in configuring Citrix NetScaler
- Working experience in implementing Citrix on Azure and AWS cloud
- Citrix certification Associate (CCA-V)
- Good troubleshooting skills and experienced in handling Global customers
- Strong attention to detail with a customer focus
- 24x7 support required with rotational shifts
- A background in phone/email support is desirable
- Citrix FAS Experience, knowledge of Citrix FAS Service. Troubleshooting FAS related issues
- Public Cloud experience on Azure and AWS cloud Networking
- Deploy and Configuration of New customer environments on cloud
- Troubleshooting Citrix issues on the cloud environment
- Experience with Citrix Group policy
- Coordinating with multiple teams to resolve incidents and executing change tickets & work on high priority incidents
Desirable Experience Required:
- Knowledge on AD, DNS, DHCP
- Working experience in Agile methodology
- Past experience of working in a multi-shift operations environment
- Past experience working for an organization from the financial services sector
- Experience of multi-server distributed systems
Essential Skills:
- Strong Citrix Xenapp knowledge
- Strong understanding for Netscaler/VPX device configuration and Management
- Automation via Scripting (PowerShell)
- Fluent English speaking/writing
- Analysis & Problem solving
- Basic networking TCP/IP
Desirable Skills:
- Windows
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- Active Directory

Qualifications:
