Detailed Job Description:
- Must have strong experience with Cisco routing and switching.
- Should have experience in troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of network infrastructure equipments.
- Also handling various Incident and escalation related to datacentres.
- Must have experience ITSM platforms to handle various incident coming from ServiceNow or Remedy
- Experience with Network Security products would be a plus Firewall(ASA/Checkpoint/Palo Alto/Fortinet)/Load balancers/Zscaler etc..
