Detailed Job Description:

Requirement: 5 - 8 years work experience in any combination of the following:

• Develop and execute integration strategies to connect Salesforce with various external systems, applications, and databases. Analyze business requirements and design integration solutions that meet the organizations needs.
• Develop and implement custom APIs, web services, and middleware solutions to facilitate data integration between Salesforce and external systems. Utilize REST, SOAP, and other APIs to establish secure and efficient communication channels.
• Define data mapping rules and transform data formats to ensure compatibility and consistency between Salesforce and external systems. Handle data transformation using tools like ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes or middleware platforms.
• Develop and maintain integration code, scripts, and configurations to support seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and other applications or databases. This may involve using technologies such as Apex, Java, Python, or middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
• Implement error-handling mechanisms and logging frameworks to capture and address integration errors, exceptions, and data inconsistencies. Set up monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve integration issues.
• Ensure secure data transfer and access control by implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms for integration endpoints. Configure security protocols, certificates, and encryption for data privacy and protection.
• Optimize integration processes and code for enhanced performance, scalability, and reliability. Identify and address bottlenecks, optimize data retrieval and processing, and fine-tune integration workflows.
• Create technical documentation, including integration design specifications, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure successful integration implementation.
