Sr. Project Manager - Identity and Access Management
Senior Project Manager – Development and Deployment; focus on delivery; NOT a PMO Job
Candidate must have strong history of delivery performance and real-world Identity and Access Management experience and can demonstrate a command of Identity and Access Management disciplines
Strong hands-on background who knows how to shape a project, remove blockers and deliver on-time with quality
Minimum 8 yrs experience managing large complex technology development and implementation projects
Should possess solid development, infrastructure and network background and fundamentals; knows how to talk with and specify tasks to developers and infrastructure and network administrators
Experience and knowledge gained from working in an Information Security Organization
Experience with Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies
Must have strong planning and project management skills and experience with project lifecycle management in a technology-dependent environment, including project financials
Understanding of technologies related to Build, Release, Deployment, etc. - Experience with Software Configuration Management, Build & Release function, Continuous Integration and Continuous Test processes and environments
Excellent interpersonal skills, proven leadership experience, and excellent communication skills
Characteristics:
Must be a motivated self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment – flexibility is key.
Must be able to continually think/ see three steps ahead to remove blockers and maneuver deliverables to production.
Must have superior communication skills with the ability to understand and present complex concepts in clear language.
Qualifications

Experience managing resources in a matrix organization
Experience in vendor sourcing and management preferred
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
PMP Certification a plus
Description:
Manage the initiation, analysis, planning, execution, implementation and closure of multiple overlapping Identity and Access Management projects
Create & maintain detailed project schedules and manage project data
Conduct meetings and document via status reports that include: Team Accomplishments, Agenda, Key Point/Minutes, 2 week Look-Ahead, Actions, Red/Amber/Green Issue Tracking Summary, Provide detailed and timely regular and ad-hoc updates to management
Ensure timely and accurate publication of all project deliverables; quantify, track and regularly report on KPI metrics
Escalate project issues to management
