Job Duties:

• Moving clinical trials data (vital signs, medications, lab data, adverse events, etc)
• The data is currently stored in Electronic Data Capture system (REDCap) but will be working with data files in SAS (statistical software) or R datasets (preferred) or another format depending on skills
• In some cases, negotiate the data format with external group (ex: for a new form that does not have a standard data dictionary format yet)
• Prepare maps, create spatial data sets, and maintain databases
• Will create, maintain, and organize databases, and regularly update data
• Pay close attention to detail
• Developing visualizations and building out dashboards for the build out reports in TABLEAU for the QA team to use those dashboards to perform their testing
• Developing application with a single integrated development environment that can be?used?to create, deploy, and debug?data-centric applications by using “IBM Data Studio”.Performing and involving LD1 testing
• Understand the big picture business process utilizing deep knowledge in clinical industry and translate them to data requirements
• Analyse and identify gaps on data needs and work with business and IT to bring in alignment on data needs
• Should define data mapping for ETL teams
• Should be able to eventually scale to a data analyst role
• Understand impact of data conversions as they pertain to servicing operations
• Handle higher volume and more complex cases with accuracy and efficiency

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
