Detailed Job Description:
- Performs data collection, analysis, validation and reporting.
- Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
- Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites.
- Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization.
- Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports.
- Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required.
- Requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential.
- 10+ years of experience.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions
- Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
- Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
- Create and produce technical reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc.
- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities
- Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders
- Identify and define data quality improvements
- Create and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
- Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis
- Create specifications for reports based on business requests
- Identify opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance and utilize knowledge of mathematical modeling and other optimization methods to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Perform other duties as requested

- Willingness to learn networking and WiFi and Wireless technologies and automation frameworks.
- Experience with software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience withPython: numpy, pandas, pyplot, seaborn (xlsxwriter, pyodbc, pymongo, and pptx)
- Experience with databases:SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Experience with data visualization/reporting tools: Tableau or anything Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with Gitlab; JIRA; Confluence
- Experience with Alteryx software
- Familiarity with JavaScript API, Rest API or Data Extract APIs
- Experience with cloud-based data technologies preferred
- Experience with creating dashboards, reporting
- Experience with descriptive and multivariate modeling
- Experience with data and statistical analysis
- Possesses understanding of Machine Learning
- Experience receiving, converting and cleansing big data with complex queries and diverse formats (dbs; csv; json; PDF)
- Self-starter and ability to work without direct supervision
Education:Bachelors degree in business or related field
