Detailed Job Description:
- The project manager will be responsible for developing/maintaining a master project plan/timeline, resource management plans and communication plan, while monitoring overall project health and reporting status to the EPMO Bureau Chief, IWD CIO and UI Leadership. The project manager will lead a highly skilled team of BAs and lead SMEs responsible for system design, interfaces/integrations, data conversion, single sign-on and testing. In coordination with the BAs leads, the project manager must ensure timely planning and execution of all project areas to secure a timely delivery.
- To be effective in this role, the project manager must have experience with large scale modernizations and software implementations, with an emphasis on vendor management and strategic planning. It is a requirement that the PM have experience with Organizational Change Management and demonstrated ability to engage with project stakeholders, leading them through transformational change.
