Short Description:
Data and Business analysis for VITA applications as well as for Virginia.gov portal development, enhancements and COTS/SaaS interfaces, including holding business requirements sessions, documenting business and data requirements, gap and data mapping.
Complete Description:
• Strong business and technical analytical skills, attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Ability to run requirements meetings and translate requests into clear business requirements.
• Ability to decompose business requirements into testable system requirements for development and testing purposes.
• Ability to understand the business data reporting needs and translate into data models (DFDs and ERDs).
• Ability to create ETL specifications and develop data mappings.
• Ability to engage in detailed analysis of data discrepancies to determine the source and resolution of errors.
• Clear and concise documentation skills
• Experience working with diversified stakeholders and understanding the project needs
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills while maintaining a professional manner.
• Self motivated team player – able to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Bachelor degree in related field is preferred, but not required
