Detailed Job Description:

• Looking for someone to add to incident problem change metrics team.
• Responsible for producing different reports that range in audience from associates to board.
• Responsible for taking in data from multiple sources (primarily service now) and Data feeding into tableau to produce reports to show production stability of organizations environment.
• Strong Data Analysis and Data science skills (Some experience with ML/AI/NLP etc..) needed here.
• Specifically - data analysis breakdowns to identify trends/produce reports showing reports or drop rates, looking at groups of data and basic metrics- mean median mode, average, trend line, growth /drop rates.
• Tableau experience is needed here for creating various dashboards.
• Need Advanced Excel, Office 365, and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Jira/Confluence and SharePoint experience is needed here.
• PowerApps experience would be a plus.
• Communication is key, needs to be able to explain and present data in an understandable way.
• ITIL/Change Management/Problem Management experience is needed here.
• Understand the metrics that are produced and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Any Project Management/Scrum master work experience or related certification would be a huge plus PMP/CSM/PSM/SSM etc.
• Should have minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
