Detailed Job Description:

• Expertise in Salesforce applications testing (primary in B2B related integrationSalesforce CRM and Commerce/OMS)
• Prior experience as QA lead for a medium/complex size program is MUST.
• 8+ Yrs. hands - on QA experience
• To drive the QA test deliverable (Test strategy/plan, Test case design, Test execution (Intg&E2E) and publish a daily QA testing status report to the project team with 100% transparency
• Defect management process 2+ Yrs experience using JIRA; Drive defect triage meetings, collaborate with the tech team to ensure the defects fix and track for closure
• Drive offshore and onsite QA daily meetings (accomplishments for the day, plan for the next day and discuss the challenges and mitigation steps for the offshore team)
• Participate in project status meetings to share the QA updates; communicate the challenges/risks with mitigation options, if any.
• Ability to build a good rapport with IT Tech and Vendor teams (like Salesforce) throughout the QA testing phases.
