Take user requirements hit the ground running...

XML messages onto message queue, read & process in java and push into company applications (all custom) on an Oracle Database.

Utilize Web Services to expose the data to fulfillment vendors.

MQ messaging.

Integrating these packages into company custom apps. on Oracle DB (enormous DB (any but pref. Oracle) experience is very helpful).
