Job Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows laptop and thin client hardware across the organization.
• Configure and manage Windows laptops and thin clients using tools such as Intune.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of Windows laptops and thin clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Windows laptops and thin clients.
• Work with the IT team to ensure that all Windows devices are fully integrated with other business systems and applications.
• Manage software updates and patches for Windows laptops and thin clients, ensuring that all devices are up - to-date and secure.
• Monitor performance and optimize Windows laptops and thin clients to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on the use of Windows laptops and thin clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all hardware and software configurations and changes.
