Expertise in Salesforce applications testing (primary in B2B related integration Salesforce CRM and Commerce/OMS)
Prior experience as QA lead for a medium/complex size program is MUST.
8+ Yrs. hands - on QA experience
To drive the QA test deliverable (Test strategy/plan, Test case design, Test execution (Intg&E2E) and publish a daily QA testing status report to the project team with 100% transparency
Defect management process 2+ Yrs experience using JIRA; Drive defect triage meetings, collaborate with the tech team to ensure the defects fix and track for closure
Drive offshore and onsite QA daily meetings (accomplishments for the day, plan for the next day and discuss the challenges and mitigation steps for the offshore team)
Participate in project status meetings to share the QA updates; communicate the challenges/risks with mitigation options, if any.
Ability to build a good rapport with IT Tech and Vendor teams (like Salesforce) throughout the QA testing phases.
