Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the project manager, business area and vendor project team to perform a detailed business and system requirements analysis and document results.
- Gather, define, translate, and document business and system requirements.
- Document business processes and workflows to ensure logical and efficient business practices.
- Develop use cases, user stories, and test scenarios, provide oversight of test plans, functional testing, and verify solution.
- Identify gaps in business processes and the software system.
- Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Assist vendor is developing procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
