Must Haves:
- 7+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years of experience using Mulesoft Anypoint

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and implement software solutions using identified Integration technology stack
- Analyze existing software functionality and code to identify cause of bugs and design solutions
- Create and maintain technical artifacts such as flow design, API specs, data model and technical design specifications
- Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing
- Design and develop reusable flows, components, frameworks and libraries
- Work with Product owners, business analysts, architects, developers and other stakeholders to groom & solution features
- Review code and approve code merges, providing technical guidance & best practices
- Leads small projects, mentor, train other team members and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training
- Provide input to forecasting and planning activities.
- Aligning to the agile methodology with the delivery team and actively participating in the agile ceremonies
- Ensuring product backlog is created and groomed
- Managing the stakeholder expectations in a matrix organization structure
- Monitor, Manage and provide updates on status to appropriate audience
- Doing technical analysis on the issues seen by the customers and identifying RCA and providing functional solution to it
- Ensuring focus on customer facing metrics and identify opportunities based on feedback from the stakeholders
