Must Haves:

• Need 9+ Years of experience.
• Hands on experience with log onboarding, responsible for onboarding logs from SaaS applications.
• Hands on experience engineering support for Splunk/SaaS platform.
• 3+ years of experience with deploying, configuring in a Splunk environment.
• Troubleshooting experience is needed here.
• Must have advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

Preferred:

• Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of Splunk forwarders and heavy forwarders.

Detailed Job Description:

• Will provide support in onboarding and maintenance activities on a wide variety of data sources that include various OS, appliances, and application logs.
• Experience implementing Splunk installations from the ground up, including various server roles (Search Head, Indexers, Heavy Forwarders and Universal Forwarders, etc.)
• Troubleshoot complex integration challenges and configuration issues.
• Assist with the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of Splunk infrastructure.
