Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into system requirement specifications/user stories for resolving issues and new enhancements.
- Provides test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing is completed.
- Provide troubleshooting and operational support for specific Business Applications.
- Present technical concepts and specific solutions to audiences of varying technical capabilities in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain Business Unit specific application roadmaps.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
- Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Minimum Qualifications: (required)
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education)
- 5+ years of business systems analyst experience, including:
- Formulating and defining system scope and objectives for assigned projects
- Gathering and preparing detailed system requirements and test cases
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall & SDLC
- 5+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience, including:
- Order to Cash, Procure to Pay Integrations of 3rd Party solutions.
- Non-standard application work.
- Works independently and is able to perform work duties with minimal guidance
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)
Additional Qualifications:
- Domain knowledge in Agriculture or Energy including refinery and distribution
- Basic knowledge of SQL
